Return Policy

To avoid additional fees and ensure refund, please read, understand and comply with the ENTIRE Return Policy on this page and follow the outlined requirements below. Please note that shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please allow 1-3 days for refund to process after your return package has been received by our warehouse.

  1. Contact customer service, email at Shampaw@infusionbrands.com or phone at 1-855-382-5729 (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).
  2. Package must be returned in original packaging.
  3. Return must include original packing slip completed with required info (see lower left corner).
  4. Name, Address, Order No. and RMA# must be clearly written/printed on the outside of box.
  5. Must be shipped via trackable shipping method to the following Return Address:

Please note that all returns require a return authorization number and must be shipped via a trackable shipping method. Returns not received within 15 days after RMA is issued will not be refunded. Shipping and Handling and Trial fees are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be processed if the RMA is issued within 30 days of purchase.
